"A lot of the exercises made a difference. My neck doesn't hurt anymore."

"The main thing she noticed that improved with vision therapy is her double vision!"

"I don't have double vision that often anymore!"

"I don't see any double vision!"

Since vision therapy, our 11 yo patient now has:
- Improved binocularity (no more double vision)
- Improved Strabismus (eye turn)
- Improved eye tracking skills important for reading
- Improved visual processing skills (no more letter/# reversals)

“It’s given me more confidence to have my eyes more aligned. I learned a lot about how to think about vision, and what to consider when I am going through my life. Before this, I didn’t know what depth perception was. I still have a very long way to go to achieve more depth perception. My eyes behave differently when looking at certain objects, like circles. I grew a conscience when it came to how my eyes behave. I would get uncomfortable if the eye drifts too far (I have strabismus, and was the reason for my vision therapy). I hope this acts as a positive feedback loop towards being more binocular. I don’t know too much about what path in life I want, and I am not out in the world enough to notice any improvement or apply them. Nevertheless – what is certain – is that I am more binocular and I am suppressing my eyes less.”

“My daughter had about 40 sessions at Vizen. She is only 4 years old and started when she was still 3 years old (Sep 2025). Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. Always willing to meet her when she was to adjust to her needs and very flexible. They kept her engaged and entertained, moved on when she was losing focus and always encouraging and patient. She has shown improvement since day one and we get to see how well she has developed with their help.”

“After partaking in vision therapy, my child has shown a remarkable improvement in handwriting and reading skills. His grades have improved, and he’s been on the honor roll since starting therapy.”

“The initial evaluation displayed an interest in depth perception. After vision therapy, it increased to 500h (good). Now, I can park in the garage without risk of hitting the wall.
🙂”

“So vision therapy helped me a LOT with my drifting eye. When my eye started drifting my mom got worried, we tried so many things and nothing worked. ANd then a doctor recommended Vizen. I noticed a change and that I could have more control of my eyes. SO vision therapy helped me. If you get recommended vision therapy you should do it.”

“Our son’s reading improved greatly after our 20 week eye therapy sessions. Reading is easier for him and we’ve seen improvements in every area he was originally weak in.

He’s now in the normal range for all his vision markers. We’re so happy – everyone at Vizen has been lovely, very patient with our spirited son, and they always made therapy fun.”

“For most of my life, I have struggled with managing the symptoms of an eye turn. Clumsiness, hazy vision, unfocused vision, and I couldn’t have the best control of it. My directionality was completely off, so as you can see, living life like this was quite the challenge. So, I finally went to an eye doctor, who told me I didn't have any kind of blurry vision issue, but I did need my eyes to be trained, and so my doctor referred me here. The training in the visual therapy helped me drastically and I must admit that I never knew how bad my eye turn was. Over the course of the year, I learned how to control my eyes turning in and out, and my directionality significantly improved. When I am now looking at the same thing, it is clear that I am looking.”
