Neuro-Optometrist’s Role in Headache Treatment:

1. Comprehensive Neuro-Optometric Evaluation (Neuro-Visual Evaluation)
2. Diagnosing Underlying Neuro-Visual Dysfunctions
3. Prescribing Therapeutic Prisms, Lenses and/or Tints
4. Developing individualized vision therapy (neuro-optometric rehabilitation) treatment plans
5. Interdisciplinary Collaboration (working closely with neurologists, occupational therapist, physical therapists, nurse practicioners, pain management psychologists & many more)
